the pain killers they’ve prescribed are strong and I’m getting the craziest dreams from them. last night I dreamt that I had to wear clip in teeth and they had metal clips that went in through my gums. and not all of them fit so they broke 4 of my teeth. I felt them shatter to nothing it was awful.

broken limbs are so fucking frusterating

day 3 of broken arm and I feel way to sick from my pain meds to take them atm but I’m in a huge amount of pain. I’m very frusterated.

It’s ok buddy, you won.
Of course this occasionally happens; deer get their antlers locked in battle, and they can’t get them out. Sometimes they both die.

this is really artistically inspiring to me for some reason

Photographer Marianne Kjølner snapped this pair of photographs of a bizarre tree in Denmark. Of the photo she says: “This old pink house is situated at the old dunes, a few hundred meters from the west coast, a very windy place were there isn’t much that can grow. So the tree can only grow where it has shelter.”

It’s alive! Buried deep in the Siberian permafrost scientists found a ‘giant virus’ that has been asleep for 30,000 years. Named Pithovirus sibericum, it contains 500 genes and was revived in the lab. The researchers are now trying to assess if ancient viruses such as this one could pose a threat for humans. via Science Alert/fb

Let’s hope this wasn’t the stupidest thing we’ve ever done.

there are about 16046540210 movies that explain exactly why this could be the stupidest thing we’ve ever done

literally there is a phrase “don’t wake a sleeping giant” to discourage this exact type of thing
